  Awesome service from Cal setting up and checking over my guitar. Cal gave me honest advice and information about one of my other guitars and what it needed/didn’t need. I really appreciate that Cal is passionate about his craft and isn’t just trying to get sales, he genuinely cares.   Picked up my beautiful Gibson SG from W2WM after it's service. It had been neglected for 12+ years, so they had a job to do. Just plugged it in and tried it out with some of the fastest runs I've ever achieved. The action is so low and buzz free now that it's like going from a physical computer keyboard to a touch screen one. Is that a weird analogy? They also tidied up nearly 13 years of muck out of the switches and pots, so all related crackles and pops have been eliminated... this has revealed that I really REALLY need some new cables. Excellent value for money, and great service. Thanks guys...

  Been there quite a few times for restrings, even bought a bass from W2W, service is top notch and the staff are brilliant. Very friendly environment and welcoming to anyone interested in music regardless of skill.

  Got my 20 year old epi les Paul set up and sorted after a good fifteen years in the loft and wow it’s like a new guitar! Great service and a great wee shop with all you need! Got a great wee practice amp too.

  The staff are so friendly and helpful , and the stock is fantastic, fairly priced and the workshop is excellent, Cal can turn his hand at most things and he is so knowledgeable and keen to help. They also have a wee cafe and it is reasonable priced. Live music events are held there with young local talent given opportunities to play .
